6:30 p.m. - American English takes the stage
4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Indiana Blood Center Blood Drive. Click here to request information on participation.
Saturday, Sept. 22nd: The Show
Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. and goes until 12:00 p.m.
All participants must be at the event and inside the gate before the 12:00 p.m., whether you are pre-registered or not.
As you enter the event you will stop and pay your entry fee. If you are a pre-registered participant you should have a decal that was sent to you in your windshield and you will be directed to get into a different line to entry. This will allow you to by-pass the line to get in.
11:00 a.m. - Judges meeting
12:00 p.m. – Welcoming and opening ceremonies with the singing of the National Anthem at the main stage inside the maintenance hangar.
12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Judging
12:15 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. - Jane Bond and the Pink Martini’s perform on the main stage.
2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Indiana Pacers pace mates will be signing autographs.
3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - The Woomblies perform on the main stage.
5:30 p.m. - Awards Program, with special guest speaker Johnette Cruz, from WRTV6 Good Morning Indiana will be held inside the maintenance hangar on the Titan Lifts stage. Something new for this year: the Winners' Parade. If you receive a ribbon on your vehicle, you have been selected to participate in the Winners' Parade. You will be instructed to take your vehicle to a designated area at 5:00 to line up for the awards program. You will then be able to drive your vehicle inside the Maintenance Hangar to accept your award in front of the audience so everyone can see your ride. If you do not receive a ribbon on your vehicle, please DO NOT leave as you are still eligible to win one of the many other awards that will be handed out. If, for some reason, you have to leave before the awards program starts, please have a friend or representative pick up your award for you as we will not be mailing any awards.
